At The Fitted4Life Foundation, we promote healthy minds and healthy hearts. As the Founder of the organization I have many
years of
experience working with children and families throughout the community in Los Angeles as a volunteer at the Challengers Boys and Girls Club, a basketball coach at the Weingart YMCA, a pre-school teacher at Golden Day Charter School and a community activist.
